Welcome to MealMind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MealMind WhatsApp nutrition assistant service operated by Meal Mind ("we," "our," or "us"). By using MealMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MealMind is an AI-powered nutrition and wellness assistant that operates through WhatsApp. The service allows you to log meals, track your wellness goals, receive meal suggestions, and discover nearby restaurants. The service is provided through automated and AI-assisted responses.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MealMind independently. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may use MealMind only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of MealMind — including but not limited to the AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Meal Mind and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you share with MealMind. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meal Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of MealMind, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MealMind after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MealMind shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
