Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current Service Status
MealMind is currently offered as a free service. There are no charges, subscriptions, or fees associated with using MealMind at this time. No payment information is collected or required.
2. Cancellation
Since MealMind is a free service, there is no formal cancellation process. You can stop using MealMind at any time by simply not sending any more messages to the WhatsApp number. Your interaction history will be retained unless you request its deletion.

3. Future Paid Plans
If paid plans or premium features are introduced in the future, the following refund terms will apply:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Prorated refunds may be offered for annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term.
- Detailed refund terms will be published and communicated before any paid plans are launched.
4. No Charges During Free Tier
During the current free tier, no charges are incurred. You will not be billed or auto-enrolled in any paid plan without your explicit consent. If we introduce paid features, you will be notified in advance and will need to opt in separately.
